Why these notes?
Much of what I have learned has come from two very different kinds of work: leading people and projects in the world outside, and paying attention to what is happening within.
These monthly notes bring those two journeys together. Some months the starting point may be leadership, technology or a conversation with a team. At other times it may be a poem, a book, a question or a moment of stillness.
The intention is simple: to share something worth reading slowly — and perhaps carrying with you after you close the page.
