About Amarendra Kumar Sinha
I am a technology delivery leader, author and poet based in Gurugram, India. For more than 23 years, I have worked with teams across retail and financial services, helping complex programmes move with greater clarity, predictability and trust.
Professionally, my work has centred on delivery leadership, Agile ways of working, coaching, capacity planning, stakeholder management and developing people into stronger leaders. I currently work with Nagarro, and my career has included engagements across India and international markets.
I studied engineering at BIT Sindri. Over the years, I have also explored entrepreneurship, coaching and long-distance running — experiences that continue to shape how I think about discipline, uncertainty, growth and leadership.
Writer and poet
Writing is the quieter side of my life. My poems and reflections return often to questions of self, purpose, silence, identity, nature and the meaning beneath everyday activity. My first poetry collection, Life Through Me, was published in 2026. My next book, Who is Finding, is in progress.
I do not see leadership and writing as separate pursuits. Both ask for attention, patience, honesty and the willingness to stay with what is not yet clear.
